Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls and email correspondence to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients to foster positive relationships.
• Manage and update client information using spreadsheets and other productivity software to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize computer literacy and computer skills to navigate customer management systems, respond promptly, and document interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently to handle multiple client requests while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
