Professional Moving Company in Windsor, CT celebrating its 28th year in business is currently looking for a highly motivated, professional, and personable Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join their Household moves team. The ideal candidate will not only possess the knowledge but be excited to assist each customer through their experience while upholding our LEGENDARY reputation of ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legendary service to all customers and fellow employees

Manage paperwork for accounts/customer

• Answer phones/greet walk-in customers
• Data entry into different systems and accounts
• Work with dispatch and drivers to coordinate deliveries
• Update profiles/jobs for accounts and customers
• Work with team to create a seamless customer experience
• Help reps quote and bill customers for household moves
• Take incoming calls from customers/account reps and salesmen

Experience

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of household moving/logistics experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.95 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
