Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming orders and enquiries via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins quickly and professionally

• Convert enquiries to paid orders and consistently meet daily and weekly sales targets

• Manage POS, issue invoices and receipts, confirm payments and coordinate deliveries with dispatch riders

• Give customers accurate updates on order status, pricing, and delivery timelines

• Resolve complaints calmly, retain customers and ensure repeat business

• Maintain customer database, daily sales report and feedback log

• Ensure the front desk, display area and packaging station is always clean, neat and premium

• Work closely with baking and decoration team to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a Customer Sales Rep, Customer Service Officer, Front Desk

• Excellent spoken and written English with a friendly and persuasive tone

• Very fast and organized on WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, and basic computer operations

• Smart, patient, neat, customer-focused

• Able to work under pressure during high-volume seasons

• Minimum OND / HND / BSc in any field
