Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact between our technicians and clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions.
• Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate bookings that align with technician availability.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to support daily operations.
• Assist with customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction with services provided and address any concerns.
• Help maintain an organized workflow and support the team in achieving company goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or similar roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent).
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
