Customer Service Representative

An ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and enjoy engaging with people. This role is heavily focused on data entry and order modifications. Accuracy and organization are essential, since you'll take ownership of specific processes for certain order types.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Genuinely care about customer satisfaction and be a great communicator.
• Highly thorough and detail-oriented, with strong data accuracy skills — you catch errors before they become problems.
• Comfortable creating new orders and reviewing/modifying existing orders within an ERP system.
• Great communicator.
• Basic Excel proficiency (formulas, data entry, sorting/filtering) along with familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office, primarily Word and Outlook.
• Comfortable learning new systems and programs.

IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• EDI and NuORDER
• Zendesk
• ERP Experience: INFOR M3
• Internal sales

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. A normal day for an Aetrex Customer Service rep involves:

• Handles Customer, Sales and other internal departments' requests timely. Mostly by email, but some phone/Teams calls will be required.
• Order Entry, Modification and data validation.
• NO COLD CALLING!!!
