Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated, full-time Customer Service Representative to help business owners find AT&T wireless plans, devices, and services that suit their needs while delivering a positive customer experience and supporting sales growth.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll engage directly with business customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable telecommunications solutions. You’ll explain product features, highlight the benefits of available services, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. This role combines customer service, relationship-building, and sales, providing an opportunity to develop communication, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills while contributing to individual and team goals.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with business customers to understand their needs, preferences, and communication challenges.
• Explain AT&T wireless plans, devices, and services in a clear and approachable manner.
• Recommend products and solutions that align with each customer’s requirements.
• Answer customer questions and provide guidance throughout the purchasing process.
• Identify sales opportunities, present relevant solutions, and help turn customer conversations into sales.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain organized customer records.
• Assist customers with basic product questions and device-related concerns.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and dependable service.
• Work toward individual sales targets while supporting overall team performance as a Customer Service Representative.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
