Customer Service Representative

We are looking for the right person to add to our team. We are a fast-growing Heating and Air Conditioning Company serving the greater KC Metro. We are based in Bonner Springs, KS. This is an in-person position with our company and will be full time from our office location.

Applicant Expectations and Responsibilities:

Well Spoken with Exceptional Customer Service Skills.

Detail Oriented with an ability to think critically.

Accurate Data Entry with correct grammar and spelling.

Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to understand and empathize with customers that have heating and cooling issues.

Must be able to stay upbeat under high pressure situations.

Must be able to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments and assigning work orders to the correct technicians specializing in their specific skillset.

We require excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail is critical.

We expect you to be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience with Scheduling Software is a plus.

Proficient at typing 35wpm, minimum.

Ability to prioritize calls, emergency vs. non-emergency.

Experience working with skilled trades personnel is a plus.

Must be able to multi-task since our workload constantly changes.

Ensure work orders are closed accurately and in a timely fashion.

Must have strong interpersonal skills.

We prefer you to be creative and an innovative team player.

Advanced Customer Service Skills with two years of verifiable experience as a CSR handling appointment scheduling.

This position is M-F, 730am-430pm.
