• Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients as needed.
• Maintain high levels of computer literacy and technical proficiency to navigate various productivity software efficiently.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with office management, front desk operations, or administrative support roles.
• Demonstrated computer literacy including data entry, file management, and spreadsheet creation.
• Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively for maximum productivity.
• Previous clerical or office experience that highlights strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
