Location and Schedule:

Location: Temple, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Person
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Schedule and dispatch jobs
• Coordinate with drivers, operations, and customer service teams
• Invoice customers and process payments (including credit cards)
• Track service records and customer data in Service Fusion
• Address and escalate customer complaints as needed
• Support other departments and business lines as needed
• Scan and file disposal manifests per company procedure

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience handling payments and account reconciliation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of roll offs a plus
• Must pass background check
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Physical requirement: prolonged periods sitting and working at a computer
