Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven independent contractor to communicate with customers by phone. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, enjoys working autonomously with minimal social interaction, and takes pride in providing friendly, professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and communicate professionally with customers.
• Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Manage assigned calls and follow-ups independently.
• Stay organized, focused, and accountable for completing assigned tasks.
• Adjust working hours as needed to accommodate customers across different time zones.
• Meet established performance goals and expectations.

The opportunity:

• $30/hour DOE | Bonuses approximately $15k - $20k/annual
• Onsite in Everett, WA
• Outbound customer follow-up and satisfaction surveys
• Minimal supervision and plenty of autonomy

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and enjoys owning their day-to-day responsibilities.

The interview process is straightforward, and there's an opportunity to train alongside the current contractor before their retirement.
