Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Wollongong branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is looking to build a long-term career within a growing business.

• Wollongong location
• 7am - 3pm (Monday to Friday)
• $36.50 per hour + penalties + super

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and remotely. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service at all times.

What you will be doing

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Managing customer emails and providing accurate information and timely follow-ups
• Serving customers face-to-face at the branch, processing orders and handling general enquiries
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer service
• Occasionally picking up small items from the warehouse for customers or internal use
• Working closely with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What you need

• Proven customer service experience is essential
• Experience in HVAC or a similar industry is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and basic office systems

Pre-Employment Requirement

• During the first few weeks, the successful candidate may also need to travel to Sydney for additional training
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a PI (Personal Behaviour) Test online prior to commencing
