Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Obtain insurance licensing with in first month of employment with our assistance.

Experience

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in typing and using computer programs such as word, excel, agency management software.
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to analyze information quickly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
