Open to Fresh Graduates | Bacoor, Cavite | Night Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Bacoor, Cavite. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and candidates with 3 to 6 months of BPO experience in any line of business (LOB). Healthcare BPO experience is preferred but not required.

The successful candidates will assist customers with inquiries, address concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and customer requests.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective communication when assisting customers.
• Meet performance targets related to productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates of any course.
• Candidates with 3 to 6 months of BPO experience in any line of business are welcome to apply.
• Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
