Job Description: We are seeking an experienced female Tagalog speaking to join our dynamic team. As a call center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• · Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• · Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
• · Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
• · Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
• · Follow company guidelines and protocols for customer interactions
