Customer Service Representative

Hight Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a mid-sized logistics company specializing in port drayage with an emphasis on sustainability with EV trucking.

Job Summary:

The  Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact between customers, warehouse operations, and internal teams. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and exceptional customer support while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Data entry for delivery orders
• serve as the main contact between customers and operations
• respond to customers inquires regarding order status, inventory and delivery schedules
• Tracking and tracing containers on terminal provider sites
• Maintaining close communication with Dispatch team
• Auditing invoice charges
• Update Excel daily
• Sends reports to customers and/or has reports visible on cloud

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
  deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Preferred minimum 2 years customer service

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
