Love animals and enjoy helping people? Animal Clinic of Denton is looking for an organized, dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to help keep our busy front desk running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering phones with clear, courteous, professional phone manners.
• Scheduling appointments and managing client communications.
• Checking patients in and out and processing payments.
• Keeping records organized and accurate.
• Communicating with our veterinary team throughout the day.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Stays organized while juggling multiple tasks.
• Works well in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
• Maintains a friendly, professional attitude—even when things get hectic.
• Pays attention to details and follows through.
• Knows their ABCs—yes, alphabetizing is still a useful life skill!
• Works well with others and treats clients, patients, and coworkers with respect.

Our front desk is a busy place, and we need someone who can balance ringing phones, arriving patients, and client questions with patience and a sense of humor.
