Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Chennai. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer communications through phone, email, and other channels, addressing queries related to loans, payments, account status, and products. The role involves resolving customer issues promptly, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the service lifecycle. The representative will document interactions, follow standard operating procedures, and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams when needed.
