Customer Service Representative

Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll create a welcoming first point of contact for clients in a busy auto body collision shop. You will help keep daily office operations moving by answering phones, route requests, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks with care and efficiency. Your impact: Clear, timely support helps clients get the information they need and enables colleagues to focus on resolving requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients providing friendly customer service
• Answer and direct calls assisting customers with basic questions.
• Complete data entry, with basic computer work
• Assist with office management and clerical tasks, organize repair orders, and support day-to-day administrative needs.
• Schedule estimates and repair work

Skills

• Strong phone/in person communication, organizational skills, and time management.
• Basic computer skills and computer literacy
• Excel in customer service, positive attitude, and ready to help clients in a high stress situation
• Office experience, clerical experience, or administrative experience is helpful; but not a must. Willing to learn our repair process and insurance procedures as you grow
• Dependable and shows up ready to work

Pay: $17.00 - $30.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
