Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical to our operations — you will be the friendly voice and face of the company, handling incoming calls, scheduling, and assisting the owner with day-to-day office tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines professionally and efficiently
• Schedule appointments, service calls, and coordinate with field technicians
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving for clients
• Assist the owner with various office projects and administrative tasks
• Dispatch and coordinate work orders
• Maintain accurate records and pay close attention to detail
• Work closely with the public and construction-related customers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience answering multiple phone lines and managing high call volume
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a small, growing company environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or the trades (highly preferred)
• Dispatch experience (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with electrical or service industry work orders
