True Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

You’ll be the first person our customers talk to, and you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. You’ll answer calls, book appointments, keep the schedule full, and make sure every customer feels taken care of from first contact through follow-up.

If you’re friendly, organized, confident on the phone, and like keeping things moving, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and texts professionally and promptly
• Answer questions, provide service information, and guide customers toward booking appointments
• Schedule service and installation appointments with attention to technician availability and route efficiency
• Make outbound calls to fill the schedule, including membership visits owed, renewals, unsold estimates, and targeted campaigns
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities
• Collect payments, send estimates and invoices, and assist with billing questions
• Own customer concerns from start to finish and escalate when needed
• Keep accurate, real-time notes on every call and appointment in ServiceTitan
• Work closely with our sales, service, and install teams to keep everyone aligned

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or call center experience
• A friendly, professional phone presence
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence making outbound calls
• Someone who follows through and takes initiative
• Comfort learning new software
• ServiceTitan experience is a major plus
• HVAC, plumbing, or home-services experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
