What You’ll Do

• Take incoming calls and help customers with questions, concerns, and service needs
• Welcome and support customers who stop by the office
• Listen closely, figure out what someone needs, and deliver helpful, accurate solutions
• Schedule appointments and keep customer info organized and up to date
• Handle transactions, forms, and documentation with attention to detail
• Work with the team so every customer gets consistent, timely service
• Follow up on open requests until they’re fully resolved
• Help keep the office welcoming, clean, and professional

• Strong communication skills (talking and writing)
• Patient, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused
• Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Calm and professional when things get challenging
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and open to learning new systems
• Reliable, punctual, and a solid teammate
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, or a call center is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

Pay: $24.97 - $30.08 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 40.0 per week
