Job Summary

Seeking an experienced, flexible Customer Service Representative for a part-time front desk position. Duties include, but are not limited to, all aspects of excellent customer service, basic office equipment usage, managing customer accounts in utility software, answering two-line phones, and assisting in all office duties. Must be a team-player with computer & office experience, and must be flexible in schedule. Please "reply" with your resume, no phone calls please.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Receive phone calls and assist customers
• Type, photocopy, data entry, and file documentation
• Data entry
• Maintain customer relations and accounts
• Receive incoming payments from customers
• Take information for new, disconnect, and transfer accounts
• Have flexible schedule
• Any other job duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be friendly and outgoing. Enjoy working with, talking to, and helping people.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with regards to data entry and processing
• Ability to operate and understand computer functions and software related to the duties associated with the position.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity with regards to customer records and financial material.
• Ability to operate office equipment associated with this position
• Ability to pleasantly and effectively interact with the public on a daily basis
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to maintain an acceptable public relations image
• Must be able to be flexible in scheduling

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
