Customer Service Representative

Conklin Company, Inc. a manufacturing company is seeking an outgoing and courteous Customer Service Representative to join our sales center team in our Kansas City, MO office. If you enjoy helping people, have call center experience and are detail oriented, this could be the position for you!

In this position a Call Center Representative will take 20-75 inbound calls daily from our independent distributors, look up product part numbers, placing orders, process payments, and handle customer service concerns as they arise. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, in person. The starting pay rate for this role is $18-20 an hour based on experience.

Requirements:

• Regular and consistent attendance
• One year of inbound sales call center taking product orders experience
• Payment processing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn computer systems and order processing best practices
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Correctly enter orders received from Conklin’s distributors over phone, fax, and email
• Efficient PC skills and good listening skills a must, experience with multiple order entry and CRM system's is a plus
• Attend & work the Annual Conklin National Convention, 1 week Branson, MO
• Other duties as assigned
