Your Day-to-Day

Working alongside our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone, email and live chat
• Assist with orders, account updates, billing inquiries and general service requests
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing a positive experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers receive timely, effective solutions

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or call center environments is welcome, but not essential
