Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at Smith Optics. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. While the role is based in Portland, OR, remote work is also an option.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Service and Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of eyewear and sports industry is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
