Full‑time | On‑site

We are looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support our fuel dispatch operations, Pacific Pride customer accounts, and front‑office activities. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fuel dispatching, scheduling, and coordination
• Serve as a front office representative, assisting walk‑in customers and handling inquiries
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Perform data entry, account updates, and general office tasks
• Work within enterprise software systems to manage customer information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient daily operations
• Hours 7:30am- 4:00pm Monday-Friday

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong computer skills; ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with enterprise software preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional demeanor

Preferred Experience

• Fuel dispatching or transportation logistics
• Front office or administrative support
