Salary Range: $35,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Can commit to working 8:30AM-5:30PM PST, CST 10:30AM - 7:30PM, EST 11:30AM - 8:30PM depending on your Time
• Can handle complex documentation or renewal processes
• Comfortable learning Industry-specific software and terminology required to support commercial lines producers
• Possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• High school diploma
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and common software applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
