Customer Service Representative

Work From Home

Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Friday

8AM - 5PM Central Time

1hr unpaid lunch / two paid 15min breaks

Pay: 250 PHP per hour / 43,300 PHP per month

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications:

• An excellent communicator In English with no accent. Strong phone and writing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, motivated, and customer-focused
• Previous inside sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Experience using Ooma Dialer is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide product and pricing information
• Process orders and prepare quotes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with customers and help achieve sales goals
• Perform general customer service
