Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll create a welcoming, organized experience for clients and visitors while keeping daily office operations moving. You’ll respond to inquiries, manage front-desk and phone activity, and support accurate records and schedules. Your impact: Clear, timely customer support helps clients get answers and connects them with the right resources.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer and route calls using multi-line phone systems, and maintain professional phone etiquette
• Respond to customer inquiries with clear, courteous phone communication and client communication
• Complete data entry, filing, proofreading, typing, and word processing with attention to detail
• Maintain spreadsheets, calendars, and office records; assist with calendar management and office management tasks
• Use Microsoft Office and other productivity software to support clerical and administrative work

Qualifications

• Customer service, customer support, front desk, or office experience; clerical, administrative, or personal assistant experience is helpful
• Computer skills and computer literacy, including technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, word processing, and data entry
• Strong organizational skills, time management, phone etiquette, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain accurate files
• QuickBooks experience and bilingual communication skills are preferred, not required

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
