Responsibilities

The candidate must be flexible in embracing tasks and seek out contributions to our team-oriented mindset. Must be a fast learner and bring a competent work ethic to the table.

This job will start with a basic introduction to the work environment via data entry, order entry and customer follow-ups. Once established, coaching, soft sales leads, inside sales calls and training will be introduced from our department heads. Additional opportunities lie with leadership and mangerial promotion potential.

Requisites

-- Strong writing and typing skills

-- Outgoing and team-oriented personality

-- CRM Experience

-- Detail-oriented focus

-- Demonstrate leadership potential and ability to self-manage daily tasks

-- Willingness to stay agile with work responsibilities

-- Strong work ethic

-- Experience within the electrical/plumbing industry is a plus

-- Higher-level education is a plus

-- Prior sales and customer experience are a large consideration

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 year based on skillset and experience plus bonus structure
