Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Bearing & Power Transmission

Location: Grande Prairie Alberta

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

The Role

We're looking for a driven, reliable, customer-focused CSR with a passion for helping people and an interest in bearing and power transmission products. You're a proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person
• Handle inquiries, order placement, product availability and technical support
• Recommend products and spot upselling opportunities
• Accurately enter and manage orders, quotes and customer information
• Work closely with outside sales, purchasing and warehouse teams
• Stay current on our product lines and industry trends
• Contribute to process improvements and team success

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Experience in customer service, industrial sales or power transmission is a strong plus
• Close attention to detail in data entry and order processing
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• A positive team player with a problem-solving attitude

Preferred Attributes

• Customer service experience in mechanical, hydraulics, or bearings and power transmission
• Comfortable in both service and sales, independently or as part of a team
• Eager to learn new technologies and help build better systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
