Responsibilities

• 1.Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns.
• 2.Assist with general support tasks as needed.
• 3.Manage assigned customer cases until resolution.
• 4.Address customer concerns using a customer-first approach and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required skills / Minimum Qualifications

• 1.High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or degree is preferred.
• 2. Experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
• 3.Strong written English communication skills, strong data entry skills.
• 4.Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to follow processes and meet deadline.
• 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 6. Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
