We Are Hiring – Customer Service Representative

Alexandria Engineering Car Co. (ALEXECC) is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our after-sales service team.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and maintenance requirements.
• Receive customer complaints and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
• Coordinate with Service Reception, Workshop, and relevant departments to address customer concerns.
• Keep customers informed about service requests and vehicle repair progress.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service-related information.
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service within automotive dealerships or service centers .
• Good understanding of automotive service and maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or customer management systems is preferred.
• Good command of English.
