Customer Service Representative – Your Garage Door Guy (Tulsa)

$18–$21/hour + incentive pay | Full-time, 40 hours/week | Health, dental & vision

We’re Your Garage Door Guy, a family-owned garage door company here in Tulsa. We’ve built our business on same-day service, honest prices, and treating people right. We’re growing, and we need friendly, organized people to be the first voice our customers hear.

What you’ll do

• Answer incoming calls and help customers figure out what they need
• Book appointments and keep our technicians’ schedules running smoothly
• Return calls, follow up with customers, and answer basic questions
• Keep customer info and job notes accurate and up to date
• Work closely with our techs and office team to keep the day on track

Who we’re looking for

• You’re friendly on the phone and actually enjoy helping people
• You stay calm when the phones get busy
• You’re organized and good at keeping track of details
• You’re comfortable using a computer and learning new software
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you.

Schedule: We are open 7 days a week, we are flexible with your schedule but one day on the weekend is required
