Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding customers’ outstanding balances, payments, and account concerns.
• Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries, including available payment options and payment arrangements.
• Provide professional and compliant customer service while handling collection-related concerns.
• Meet assigned customer service and collection performance targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of International BPO experience handling a Financial or Collections Account
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in PITX, Parañaque
• Candidates must be based in Metro Manila or nearby areas
• Available to start ASAP
