Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing ecommerce team in Rawalpindi.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication, order processing, and ecommerce support skills. You will be responsible for responding to customer messages, processing and placing orders, resolving customer queries, and helping maintain the overall health and performance of our online store.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Etsy customer messages and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Process and place customer orders accurately.
• Monitor orders and resolve basic order-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and monitor Etsy shop/account health.
• Follow Etsy policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Ecommerce, or Order Processing is preferred.
• Good computer and internet skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple customer messages and orders.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: From Rs28,000.00 per month
