Customer Service Representative (CSR)

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate
• Customer Service experience (preferably in trucking, logistics, freight, transportation, or a related industry but not required)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability (can quickly handle delays, missed appointments, damaged freight, or customer complaints).
• Available to provide online support beyond regular working hours when required by business operations.
• Attention to detail – accurate encoding of shipment information, schedules, addresses, rates, and documentation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reply and coordinate to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Coordinate with client and trucking team on contact details, warehouse address, and other delivery instructions
• Update client on status of container until delivery truck has finished unloading
• Resolve concerns between client/warehouse and trucking
• Update clients on potential additional charges during the time of incident/s
• Inform client ASAP once gate pass is released and confirm delivery schedule
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and professional information about shipments and services.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
