Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• 5 working days a week (Monday to Friday) Onsite only
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Provide professional customer support through face-to-face, phone, chat, and email interactions.
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and usage guidance tailored to their needs.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring quick resolution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of cosmetic products, promotions, and store policies.
• Process customer transactions, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor and document customer concerns, feedback, and resolutions for continuous improvement.
• Support client loyalty programs and encourage repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with retail staff and management to maintain a customer-centric shopping environment.
• Stay updated with beauty and cosmetic trends to better engage and advise customers.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
