Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to messages on Facebook pages and other online accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and order processing in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product details, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Monitor comments, engagements, and customer feedback across online platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
• Look for new potential clients and assist in lead generation through online channels.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams regarding orders and customer needs.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or online page handling is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiar with managing Facebook pages and online chat tools.
• Organized, responsive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced online environment.
