Job Details:
- Work Setup: 100% Full Onsite – BGC, Taguig
- Schedule: Night Shift
- Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
- Regularization: Opportunity for regular employment based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and update customer records.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work night shift and report onsite in BGC, Taguig.
