Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The position requires background knowledge of shoes, including basic understanding of shoe types, sizes, materials, features, and proper product recommendations.

Responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, concerns, and after sales support while providing excellent customer service.

• Preferably with background knowledge of shoes
• Bachelor’s degree
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Ability to initiate work without direct supervision
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management
• Outstanding patience when dealing with different clients
