Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or any related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, call center, retail, or a related role is an advantage.
• Experience in the food distribution, logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with SAP systems, or order management software is an advantage.
• Ability to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, delivery coordination, and order fulfillment is an advantage.
