Your Role We're looking for an Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound who will perform a range of data entry duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry, reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in communicating with clients(outbound calls, emails/chats), reviewing and entering client’s documents into the tax software system to support the tax preparation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries
• Data Entry
• Support with client data entry into the tax software system
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Advanced English Level B2+
• At least 6 months’ experience doing outbound calls, emails and client communications Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent Organizational, Time-management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Lacerte (Tax Software), Amazon Connect, Microsoft Office
