Customer Service Representative (CSR)

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE(S):

• Customer Sales Representative is the primary point of contact between the business and its customer. They provide the customer with the requested information or assistance concerning the status of their orders.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Received orders from customer & encoded into the system
• Received & entertain calls from the customers
• Prepares Formal quotation
• Assist the Account Executive with regards to customer orders
• Coordinate with concerned departments on matters required to customer orders
• Disseminate in written and oral form any changes in the specification, printing, delivery schedule and other matters to all concerned parties
• Prepare necessary documents in the processing of customer’s order
• Prepare requested reports
• Perform other related function that may be assigned from time to time
• Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
• Track warehouse inventories and replenishments
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Associate degree in business or related field preferred.

· With previous customer service experience is an advantage.

· With basic computer skills, problem solving skills, documentation skills.

· Must have the ability to work under pressure and can communicate effectively in verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
