Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat
• Provide clear, professional, and friendly customer assistance
• Handle a small amount of voice support when needed
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Maintain a positive customer experience at all times

✅ Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling email, chat, and occasional voice calls
• Customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused
