Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are hiring Customer Service & Relationship Assistant

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field.
• with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate customer records.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or related roles is an advantage. Willing to learn and handle multiple tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle voice and non-voice customer inquiries through calls, messages, chats, and social media.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries through digital platforms.
• Coordinate customer concerns with branches and other departments.
• Assist in marketing-related tasks, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Assist in creating and posting basic marketing content.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Prepare simple customer service and marketing reports.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
