Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and other communication channels
- Assist customers with flight and travel-related queries
- Provide information about bookings, changes, cancellations, and ticketing
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve booking issues
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information
- Provide professional customer service to USA and Pakistan-based customers
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in:
- OTA or travel campaigns
