Customer Service & System Follow-Up Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a Customer Service & System Follow-Up Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.

• Follow up with clients regarding company formation, licenses, visas, and related services.

• Update and maintain customer information on the company system/CRM.

• Follow up on applications and coordinate with the relevant departments.

• Keep clients updated on their application status.

• Ensure timely and professional customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business setup is preferred.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Arabic is an advantage.

• Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM/system platforms.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• UAE experience is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time
