Full-Time | Night Shift

VAyonds Consulting Corp. is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, and service-related requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Follow company procedures and client guidelines.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
