Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Agent to join our international team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond empathetically and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via written live chat and email channels.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to address complex user queries efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments on issues regarding payments, account verification, and technical support.
• Uphold brand integrity and service standards across all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Language Proficiency: Native Portuguese speaker with professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Technical & Communication Skills: Exceptional grammatical accuracy, strong written communication skills, and fast typing speed.
• Core Competencies: Ability to multitask under pressure, adapt quickly to evolving workflows, and remember complex operational details.
• Professional Conduct: Demonstrated empathy, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution skills when addressing customer concerns.

Work Schedule & Operational Details

• Workload: 40 to 44 hours per week on a fixed-shift structure. 5 days per week,
• Position Commitment: Long-term employment opportunity
